Affirm in the United States is pursuing a senior director-level product leader to own the flagship card domain end-to-end, from consumer experience to the platform powering card issuance, authorization, servicing, and partner integrations.

This role blends multi-year product strategy, team leadership, and accountability for GMV, unit economics, and credit outcomes, with remote-first flexibility and equity benefits.

Qualificações

• 15+ years in product management leading multi-team or platform programs.
• Experience building durable PM organizations with scalable processes.
• Proven ability to drive alignment with senior stakeholders using data-driven decisions.

Responsabilidades

• Define and drive multi-year vision for the card business across consumer experience, growth and economics.
• Lead direct-to-consumer card products and oversee the card platform for domestic and international offerings.
• Translate strategy into a roadmap and own GMV, engagement, unit economics and credit outcomes.
• Manage and develop PMs, establishing standards, cadences and decision frameworks.
• Partner with Finance and Credit to optimize profitability and risk and allocate resources.
• Align with Engineering, Design, Credit, Legal, Partnerships and GTM; represent the card domain in exec forums.
