Job summary

Propelis seeks a Senior Director Client Services to own strategic client growth across the Marks portfolio, bridging brand, commerce, and digital shelf initiatives. You will lead executive relationships, shape long-term growth plans, and drive cross-functional collaboration to maximize revenue and EBITDA.

You will operate in a hybrid model with exposure to global and local markets, managing multi-disciplinary teams and complex P&L responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year university.
• 10+ years of experience in commerce, eCommerce, shopper or retail media.
• 5+ years leading commerce client accounts at a senior level.
• Ownership of a commerce P&L or client scope of $10M+.
• Fluency in digital shelf content and retailer portals.
• Direct experience with retail media networks and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Own executive-level client relationships and act as a strategic advisor.
• Develop and execute long-term growth strategies for client groups.
• Translate client priorities into actionable growth opportunities.
• Lead strategic business reviews, growth planning and pitches.
• Drive organic growth and expand Marks' capabilities across partners.
