Job summary

Propelis seeks a Senior Director Client Services to own a global client group, drive revenue and margin growth, and lead executive relationships across brand, eCommerce, shopper and media domains.

You will partner with Strategy, Creative and Commerce leaders to shape integrated growth plans, manage P&L, and steer renewal negotiations with major clients on a hybrid working model in Chicago, New York City, or Toronto.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of experience or equivalent.
• At least 5 years leading commerce, eCommerce, shopper or retail media accounts at senior level.
• Commerce P&L ownership of $10M+ including retainer and outcome-based models.

Responsibilities

• Own executive-level client relationships and act as trusted advisor.
• Develop and execute long-term growth strategies for assigned client group.
• Translate client priorities into growth opportunities across Marks capabilities.
• Lead account planning, forecasting, contracts and renewals.
• Drive strategic reviews, growth planning and major pitches across accounts.
• Anticipate trends and bring ideas that create value.
