Job summary

Propelis seeks a Senior Director Client Services, Brand Commerce to lead a key client group across connected commerce, partnering with Global Programme Leads to drive revenue and margin growth. Build deep relationships with brand, eCommerce, shopper and media stakeholders, expanding across digital shelf, retail media, marketplace, and agentic commerce.

The role is hybrid, with location options in Chicago, New York City, or Toronto, and focuses on long-term portfolio performance and cross-team

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year university and 10+ years of experience or equivalent.
At least 5 years leading commerce, eCommerce, shopper or retail media accounts at senior level.
Experience owning a commerce P&L or client scope of $10M+ including retainer and outcome-based models.
Strong understanding of digital shelf, product content, taxonomy and data quality across retailer sites.

Responsibilities

Own executive-level client relationships and serve as a trusted strategic advisor.
Develop and execute long-term client growth strategies to drive retention and expansion.
Lead growth strategy and commercial planning including forecasting and renewals.
Drive organic growth through Marks, SGK, and partner capabilities.
Shape integrated client growth plans with Strategy, Creative and Technology leaders.
