Job summary

Propелis is seeking a Senior Director Client Services, Brand Commerce to lead a global client group and drive revenue, margin growth, and portfolio expansion across connected commerce. You will partner with programme, creative, strategy, and technology leaders to shape integrated client growth plans.

The role requires senior leadership, strong client stewardship, and governance of AI-enabled production and agentic workflows. Hybrid work in major markets is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year university; 10+ years of experience preferred.
• 5+ years leading commerce, eCommerce, shopper or retail media at senior level.
• Experience owning a P&L or $10M+ client scope.
• Fluency in digital shelf concepts (content, PDP optimisation, syndication).
• Direct experience with retail media networks and platform ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Own executive-level client relationships and act as trusted strategic advisor.
• Develop and execute long-term growth strategies to drive retention and portfolio performance.
• Translate client priorities into actionable opportunities across Marks and SGK capabilities.
• Lead account planning, forecasting, contracts, and renewals.
• Drive growth opportunities through the full breadth of capabilities.
