Job summary

Propelis, the owner of a portfolio including MakeMarks, seeks a Senior Director Client Services to lead strategic growth for a global client group. You will manage executive relationships, drive revenue and margin growth, and expand Marks capabilities across digital shelf, retail media and agentic commerce.

You will partner with program, creative and strategy leaders, shaping integrated growth plans and mentoring teams to deliver exceptional client outcomes in a hybrid, multi-market environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of experience in commerce/retail media.
• 5+ years leading commerce, eCommerce, shopper or retail media accounts at senior level.
• P&L ownership of $10M+ revenue including retainer and outcome-based models.
• Fluency in digital shelf practices: PDP optimization, taxonomy and data quality.
• Strong executive presence with senior client stakeholders.
• Experience with retail media networks and platform tooling.

Responsibilities

• Own executive-level client relationships and strategic growth.
• Develop and execute long-term growth strategies for assigned client groups.
• Lead account planning, forecasting and contract renewals.
• Drive organic growth across Marks, SGK and partner capabilities.
• Shape integrated client growth plans with creative and strategy leaders.
• Mentor emerging client leaders and drive team development.
