Job summary

Marks seeks a Senior Director Client Services, Brand Commerce to own a client group across the connected commerce landscape, partnering with the Global Programme Lead/Senior Director Project Management and other leaders to drive revenue and margin growth. You will build deep relationships across brand, eCommerce, shopper and media stakeholders and map a 1-3 year business future.

Grow the client portfolio and extend relationships into digital shelf, retail media, marketplace and agentic commerce.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year university.
• More than 10 years of relevant experience or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Own executive-level client relationships and act as strategic advisor.
• Develop and execute long-term client growth strategies.
• Lead growth strategy, planning, renewals, and major pitches.
• Collaborate with Strategy, Creative and Technology leaders to shape integrated client growth plans.
• Mentor emerging client leaders and drive business outcomes.
