Job summary

Propelis is seeking a Senior Director Client Services, Brand Commerce to lead a global client group across connected commerce, partnering with the Global Programme Lead and across creative, strategy and commerce teams. Hybrid position in Chicago, New York City, or Toronto.

The role drives revenue growth, owns P&L, and builds executive relationships, shaping integrated client growth plans across brand, eCommerce, retail media and AI-enabled production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university plus 10+ years of experience.
• At least 5 years leading commerce, eCommerce, shopper or retail media accounts at senior level.
• Commerce P&L ownership of $10M+ including retainer and outcome-based models.
• Experience with digital shelf, PDP optimization, syndication and taxonomy across retailer sites.
• Direct experience with retail media networks and understanding budgeting within client org.

Responsibilities

• Own executive-level client relationships and act as strategic advisor.
• Develop and execute long-term growth strategies to drive retention and expansion.
• Lead account planning, forecasting, contracts and renewals across assigned accounts.
• Drive organic growth through Marks, SGK and partner capabilities.
• Shape integrated client growth plans with Strategy, Creative and Technology partners.
• Mentor and elevate emerging client leaders and teams.
