Job summary

Propelis is seeking a Senior Director Client Services, Brand Commerce to lead a global client group across connected commerce, driving revenue growth and portfolio performance. You will partner with senior leaders to develop long-term growth plans, own executive relationships, and translate client priorities into scalable opportunities across brand, digital shelf, retail media and marketplace initiatives.

Hybrid role based in Chicago, NYC, or Toronto, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Education: bachelor's degree and 10+ years of experience or equivalent.
• At least 5 years leading commerce, eCommerce or retail media at senior level.
• P&L ownership of $10M+ including retainer and outcome-based models.
• Fluent in digital shelf concepts (PDP, content syndication, data quality).
• Experience with retail media networks and executive client leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own executive-level client relationships and act as trusted advisor.
• Develop and execute long-term client growth strategies.
• Translate client priorities into tangible growth opportunities across Marks capabilities.
• Lead account planning, forecasting, contracts, and renewals.
• Drive growth reviews and major pitches across accounts.
• Partner with Programme, Creative, and Strategy leaders to shape integrated plans.
• Champion creative excellence and innovation across the portfolio.
• Mentor emerging client leaders and drive team performance.
