• Own associate experience, governance frameworks, and engagement to improve retention and alignment.
• Establish operational rhythms, management standards, and meeting structures to reduce friction and improve decision-making.
• Translate high-level goals into scalable operational guidelines for leadership.
• Advise senior tech leaders and align technology priorities with broader business outcomes.
