Responsibilities

• Oversee enterprise tech backlog intake and distribution processes for Bank Tech engineering organization.
• Own overall program oversight for Tech Transformation and Enterprise Tech backlog including executive reporting, escalations and operating rhythms.
• Build and maintain scalable processes that streamline technical operational routines while minimizing friction.
• Align technical routines with strategy to ensure meetings and processes drive core goals.
• Provide strategic support for critical operational shifts to keep the organization resilient during transitions.
• Advise senior tech leaders by framing high-stakes proposals and translating vision into actionable plans.
• Collaborate with Product to understand business priorities and connect technology solutions to outcomes.
