Job summary

NVIDIA seeks an experienced OEM Sales Leader to drive partner success and revenue growth across data center markets. You will lead a cross-functional team, nurture C-suite relationships, and align partner objectives with NVIDIA priorities.

You will shape go-to-market strategies, collaborate with account managers and business units, ensure program compliance, and provide monthly forecasts. A strong track record in complex, partner-led sales cycles is essential.

Qualifications

15+ years of OEM sales leadership experience
5+ years of team leadership experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Strong knowledge of enterprise data center ecosystems
Set performance standards and metrics for partner practice
Deep understanding of SMCI business models

Responsibilities

Lead an OEM sales team to grow NVIDIA’s partner portfolio and accelerate adoption of NVIDIA technologies.
Strengthen relationships with C-suite executives and partner sales/engineering teams to drive revenue.
Develop and implement go-to-market and growth strategies to hit sales and business targets.
Collaborate with NVIDIA Sales Account Managers and BU teams to close large opportunities.
Hold regular cross-functional alignment meetings and update NVIDIA on progress.
Lead product roadmap update meetings and ensure partner alignment with NVIDIA plans.
Drive partner compliance with NVIDIA Partner Network requirements.
Coordinate with Customer Program Management to complete partner server design qualifications.
Work with Partner Marketing to develop and execute joint marketing plans.
Provide monthly forecasts for partner product performance.
