Job summary

vCluster Labs is seeking a Sr. Director of OEM, Storage & ISV to lead global alliance strategy with OEMs like Supermicro, HPE, and storage partners.

You will drive joint solutions, drive revenue through partner channels, and manage executive relationships in a remote-first, worldwide team. You will own the alliance number, ensure disciplined forecasting (MEDDPICC), and collaborate with field teams to close partner-sourced deals.

Qualifications

12+ years in strategic alliances, OEM partnerships, or partner sales in infrastructure software, storage, servers, or cloud.
Existing relationships inside at least two major server OEMs or AI storage vendors.
Experience taking a joint solution from integration through validation, launch, and field adoption.
Working knowledge of GPU servers, AI storage, data center networking, and Kubernetes.
Experience negotiating OEM, resale, or embedded licensing agreements.
MEDDPICC qualification discipline and clean forecasting.

Responsibilities

Build executive and working-level relationships across partner product, alliance, and field organizations.
Own global OEM, storage, and ISV strategy: partner selection, joint business plans, integration roadmap, revenue targets.
Run the AI Factory Blueprint play: verify configurations with partners and align field teams.
Develop OEM sell-through and resale paths, including SKUs and marketplace listings.
Turn partner access into partner-sourced pipeline and bookings; review quarterly with Sales and CEO.
Own alliance scorecard: partner-sourced and influenced pipeline, bookings, and forecast accuracy.
