Job summary

Greystar seeks a Senior Director of AI Enablement to own production-ready AI content and workflows used across GPS, Prism, and the data platform. You will author skills and agent workflows, ensure governance, and partner with HR to scale adoption. Deep familiarity with Claude, ChatGPT, and data platforms is essential.

You will drive adoption metrics, shape technical standards, and work with Talent Development to align with competency frameworks while delivering measurable NOI value.

Qualifications

• Experience leading an AI or technology enablement function in a large, complex organization.
• Hands-on record building with LLM tooling in production: skills, prompts, agent workflows.
• Able to ground enablement in real systems and data with HR or L&D as the distribution partner.

Responsibilities

• Define AI-enabled workflows for priority roles and build artifacts or partner with teams to build them.
• Author and ship skills, projects and agent workflows grounded in platform definitions; scale output with HR partnership.
• Maintain a governed library of skills/tools with versioning, tests and deprecation as a product.
