Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Senior Director of AI Enablement to lead the production of AI-capable roles, skills, projects and agent workflows. The role partners with HR and data teams to ground enablement in real systems, track adoption, and drive measurable improvements in how Greystar teams operate on real data.

The position requires strong hands-on experience with LLM tooling and a track record of delivering scalable, governed AI content. Remote work is possible within the United States.

Qualifications

• Led AI/tech enablement in a large organization with real adoption curves.
• Built and shipped AI skills, prompts, workflows in production with scale.
• Collaborated with data/engineering to ground enablement in real data and systems.
• Measured adoption and outcomes with clear metrics across units.
• Experience in distributed, operations-heavy environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define AI-enabled capabilities for priority roles and produce artifacts and education.
• Author and ship skills, projects and agent workflows grounded in platform metrics.
• Maintain a governed library of skills and tools with versioning and governance.
• Own adoption metrics and report value alongside program impacts.
• Lead the AI enablement team and partner with People & Culture on readiness.
