Job summary

Smart Circle International is seeking an AI Enablement Specialist to empower its teams with Claude, ChatGPT, and the broader AI stack. You will lead training, build reusable automation, and connect core systems while ensuring governance and data security.

In this hybrid role based in Newport Beach, CA, you will scale programs, grow AI champions across units, and maintain a library of skills, templates, and job aids for company-wide use.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in IT training, technical enablement, or end-user support.
• Hands-on daily use of Claude or ChatGPT with strong prompt-engineering skills.
• Proven track record building reusable automation.
• Ability to tailor training to varied roles and explain concepts clearly.
• Working knowledge of data privacy and AI governance.

Responsibilities

• Train users via onboarding, workshops, and office hours on Claude, ChatGPT, Salesforce Agentforce, Box AI, and Snowflake Cortex.
• Build reusable automation: Claude skills, prompts, and projects for recurring work.
• Connect systems: MCP connectors to Salesforce, Box, Slack, and Snowflake.
• Pilot and scale: test with small groups, measure results, iterate company-wide.
• Grow a champions network across business units.
• Own the library: maintain versioned skills, templates, materials, and FAQs.
• Measure and improve: analyze tickets and usage data; report adoption trends to CIO.
• Support and govern: escalate AI tool questions and explain policies; flag out-of-policy use.
