Job summary

Greystar is seeking a senior analytics leader to steward the Property Operations pod within the D²AI organization. You will shape the pod’s roadmap, own delivery and quality, and ensure the work aligns with enterprise priorities across Greystar’s portfolio.

You will build and mentor a team of analytics engineers, establish technical standards, and partner with platform teams to scale data, AI tooling, and enterprise reporting capabilities.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in analytics, analytics engineering, data science, or related field.
• Experience building and leading analytics teams with measurable outcomes.
• Strong partnerships with senior stakeholders and ability to drive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Property Operations pod and define its roadmap.
• Own delivery, quality, and impact of shipped work.
• Hire, develop, and retain analytics engineers across the pod ladder.
• Set technical standards and collaborate with platform teams to scale analytics.
