Job summary

Greystar, a global real estate leader, seeks a Director of Decision Intelligence for Property Operations to lead an embedded analytics pod. You will shape problems, define delivery, and drive enterprise intelligence with AI-forward practices.

You’ll hire and grow the analytics team, set technical standards, and partner with Property Operations leadership to ensure measurable improvements and scalable platforms across the business.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in analytics, analytics engineering, data science, or related field.
• 3+ years leading teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Property Operations Pod and shape its work.
• Own delivery: sequencing, quality, and product impact.
• Hire, develop, and retain analytics engineers on the pod.
• Partner with Property Operations leadership to align roadmap.
• Set AI and technical standards for the pod.
• Operate as a peer to Property Operations leadership and report progress to senior leadership.
• Drive data quality, governance, and enterprise integration.
