Job summary

Capital Group is seeking a Senior Manager for AI Client Enablement Platform to own the Enablement Intelligence Platform and AI seller‑assist experiences. You will define architecture, governance, and reusable services, while partnering with Legal, Risk, and Compliance to ensure responsible AI across products.

You will lead discovery, set roadmaps, and drive adoption, training, and communications. This is a strategic platform leadership role in a complex, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

10+ years of product management experience, including platform products.
Experience building AI-first products and platforms with scalable architecture.
Strong collaboration across business, platform, engineering, and data teams.

Responsibilities

Own vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Client Enablement Intelligence Platform.
Define governed, reusable AI services and data/content governance.
Lead launch readiness, adoption, training, and communications to drive outcomes.
Partner with Legal, Risk, and Compliance to ensure responsible AI and compliance.
Frame strategies and requirements; translate business needs into actionable product work.
