Job summary

Adaptive Solutions Group seeks an AI Enablement Consultant to drive adoption and literacy of AI tools across the organization. You will create training materials, guides, and communications while working with business teams to promote practical AI use and responsible adoption.

You will coordinate communities of practice, facilitate sessions, and measure adoption metrics, ensuring alignment with governance and strategic goals. Experience with Copilot and generative AI is essential.

• Experience developing training content, guides, and communications.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills across business audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives with competing priorities.
• Proven stakeholder relationship-building across functions.

Responsibilities

• Support adoption and effective use of approved AI tools across the organization.
• Develop and deliver AI literacy, learning, and enablement initiatives for business users.
• Create and maintain training materials, job aids, user guides, communications, and other educational resources.
• Serve as a trusted resource for employees seeking guidance on AI tools, use cases, and responsible adoption practices.
• Coordinate and support a network of AI advocates and power users promoting AI adoption.
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, learning sessions, and engagement activities on AI capabilities.
• Gather feedback to identify adoption barriers and recommend improvements.
• Build relationships with business teams to understand operational challenges and develop AI enablement resources.
• Develop executive-ready presentations, communications plans, and stakeholder materials.
• Track program activities and adoption metrics across initiatives.
• Partner with technical and business teams to promote awareness and successful implementation of AI solutions.
