Job summary

Greystar seeks a Senior Director of AI Enablement to drive production-grade AI capabilities for critical roles across the organization. You will author skills, workflows, and education while coordinating with HR and data platforms to scale adoption and measurable impact.

You will lead governance of AI artifacts, ensure safety standards, and partner with People Strategy to align competency frameworks with business needs.

Qualifications

• Experience leading an AI or technology enablement function in a large, complex org through an adoption curve.
• Hands-on record building with LLM tooling in production: skills, prompt systems, or agent workflows.
• Ability to ground enablement in real systems and data, partnering with HR or L&D for deployment.

Responsibilities

• Define what AI-enabled means for priority roles and build artifacts and education.
• Author and ship skills, projects and agent workflows grounded in Atlas, GPS and data platforms; scale through the team.
• Maintain a governed skill and tool library with versioning and test cases; treat as a product.
• Own adoption metrics across roles: active users, usage, and time-to-value; partner with Data Engineering.
• Collaborate with People & Culture to align enablement with competency frameworks and readiness.
