Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Senior Director of AI Enablement to own production of role-specific AI capabilities, including skills, projects, agent workflows, and education. This role will author core artifacts, set technical standards, and drive adoption within real Greystar data environments.

The candidate will partner with People & Culture to align competency frameworks, governance, and distribution through Workday Learning, delivering measurable improvements in workflow efficiency and value

Qualifications

• Hands-on record building with LLM tooling in production.
• Ability to ground enablement in real systems and real data.
• Measured adoption and outcomes rigorously.

Responsibilities

• Define what “AI-enabled” means for each priority role and deliver artifacts/education.
• Author and ship Skills, projects and agent workflows; scale output with HR partner.
• Maintain a governed skill and tool library as a product with versioning and tests.
• Sequence work by leverage: prioritize key roles and align with GPS roadmap.
