Wellhub is seeking a Website Experience Senior Director to lead the evolution of our site toward an AI-agent-driven operating model. You will guide product managers, UX designers, web analytics, and developers across global teams, owning CRO strategy and performance reporting.

You will shape strategies for SEO, content, and personalization, coordinating with product launches and campaigns while ensuring high-quality human and AI-generated output across the site.

Qualifications

• Experience owning a website and running experimentation programs at a senior digital or website leadership level.
• Deep expertise across web tech stacks, analytics platforms, headless CMS, and design systems.
• Hands-on experience applying AI/agentic technology to marketing or web workflows.
• Ability to bridge marketing, martech/engineering, and data teams on AI implementations.

Responsabilités

• Define and own the vision, roadmap, and strategy for Wellhub's website experience, advancing toward an AI-agent-driven operating model.
• Own conversion rate optimization end-to-end with experiments, research, and optimization decisions.
• Own website performance measurement and automated reporting for traffic, MQLs, signups, and conversions.
• Lead website design and UX, including the Mantra design system and end-to-end design-to-code workflow.
