The role emphasizes information architecture, accessibility, responsive design, and pragmatic design system evolution, with a focus on AI-enabled workflows and emerging tools.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in UX, digital experience, or design.
• Strong portfolio of web/digital design work demonstrating problem framing.
• Proficiency in Figma with components, wireframes and prototypes.
• Hands-on CMS experience, ideally Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
• Experience using analytics and user feedback to inform design decisions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to understand objectives, user needs, and success measures.
• Translate complex requests into intuitive, accessible web experiences.
• Create wireframes, concepts and high‑fidelity designs; prototype in Figma.
• Implement experiences in the CMS and iterate after launch.
