Job summary

Deepgram is seeking a Staff Web Engineer Marketing to own the marketing site end-to-end. You will manage the Next.js app, repo, CI/CD, and content workflow, collaborating with product, marketing, and external partners. You will steer Sanity CMS architecture, design systems, and AI integrations, building a scalable, AI-native marketing platform.

You’ll lead internationalization, SEO efforts, and measurable site quality while shipping high-impact pages quickly in a product-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Marketing websites ownership, not just product surfaces.
• Strong code-review culture and enterprise repo experience.
• Headless CMS with Next.js and Sanity preferred.
• Modern React ecosystem and Vercel production experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the marketing site codebase end to end, including Next.js app, repo, branches, and CI/CD.
• Maintain Sanity CMS architecture, schemas, and publishing workflows.
• Lead global design system and component library with AI integrations.
• Build and run scalable QA, staging, and launch-ready environments.
• Lead internationalization/localization with locale routing and hreflang.
• Assist in technical SEO and Core Web Vitals improvements.
• Ensure LLM discoverability via structured data and metadata.
• Develop experimentation infrastructure for marketing.
• Partner with Marketing Ops on forms and attribution tools (GTM, GA4, HubSpot).
• Maintain cybersecurity posture and perform safety audits.
• Ship high-velocity site improvements and campaigns.
• Foster an AI-native workflow and tooling for publishing.
