Job summary

Hiya is seeking a Senior Web Marketing Manager to define and scale our marketing website for an AI-enabled buyer’s journey. You’ll own the website strategy, CRO, SEO, and localization to drive high-quality conversions and pipeline across markets.

You'll collaborate with GTM Engineering, Demand Gen, PMM, Product and Design to translate brand and campaigns into high-converting web experiences, while ensuring accessibility and performance standards.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years in website marketing, digital/growth marketing, or web conversion management, ideally in B2B SaaS.

Responsibilities

• Website as a growth channel and the storefront of the Hiya narrative. Own and lead Hiya's website strategy & roadmap across the buyer journey and the KPIs that go with it.
• Conversion-rate optimization & experimentation. Build and run the CRO program and run A/B tests and personalization.
• Campaign & landing-page execution. Translate campaign and positioning strategy into compelling landing pages and web experiences.
• UX, messaging & experience quality. Champion best-in-class mobile and desktop experiences, messaging clarity, accessibility, and Core Web Vitals / performance standards.
• SEO/GEO. Own SEO & GEO strategy, in partnership with the content team for inputs to content strategy and implementation.
• Multi-market localization. Own website localization and regional performance across global markets.
• Web analytics & attribution. Build reporting that ties web performance to pipeline, with a close partnership with GTM Engineering to implement and maintain event tracking, tagging, and web attribution.
• Cross-functional partnership. Partner with the growth/GTM engineer on platform architecture and technical delivery, and with Demand Gen, PMM, Product, and Design to align the website with launches, campaigns, and pipeline priorities.
