Job summary

Uniphore is seeking a Director to own our website end-to-end: the full experience humans and agents have with us online, from discovery through decision and beyond. You’ll lead the vision for this experience and guide a team to bring it to life.

In this role you’ll shape content strategy, ensure clear, AI-ready structured data, and drive discoverability across SEO and AI answer surfaces while partnering with marketing, product, design and engineering.

Qualifications

• 8+ years leading web/digital experience, including AI search, AEO, GEO strategy
• Experience managing or leading a team, with direction and hands-on guidance
• Track record owning a website as a full buyer‑journey experience
• Strategic thinker who can shape a category narrative, not just execute a plan
• Understanding of how LLMs retrieve and cite information (conceptual)
• Strong stakeholder management across marketing, product, design and engineering
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity as best practices evolve
• Nice to have: structured data/knowledge graphs, B2B SaaS background, AI search/SEO POV

Responsibilities

• Own the website as the connective tissue of the buyer journey—awareness through decision and advocacy
• Lead how audiences map to content and navigation to meet their needs
• Set the tone, storytelling and clarity so pages feel like one coherent experience
• Define content strategy for human and AI‑mediated discovery
• Direct web experience strategy for humans and agents, with AI‑ready outputs
• Set UX standards that satisfy both audiences with structured data and linking
• Build feedback loops to monitor LLMs and fix gaps at the source
• Own brand presence on answer surfaces (Wikipedia, G2, review sites)
• Set organic growth targets and oversee CRO experimentation
