Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Services Sales Solutions Architect Senior Director to lead technical pre-sales, shape implementations, and guide sales teams across Salesforce Core/PSS and related clouds. You will mentor others and drive high-value outcomes for complex customer engagements.

You will partner with Account Partners to develop client-specific proposals, SOWs, staffing plans, and executive-level solutions, delivering trusted guidance and strategic programs across multiple cloud platforms.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to size and scope Salesforce Core/PSS projects.
• Strong experience in multi-cloud architecture and pre-sales guidance.
• Ability to build customer relationships and translate objectives into implementations.
