Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Services Sales Solutions Architect Senior Director to prescriptively shape, scope and solution applications leveraging Salesforce Core/PSS and related clouds. This role mentors other architects, guides pre-sales initiatives, and serves as a trusted technical advisor to customers and Salesforce teams across multi-cloud deployments.

In partnership with Account Partners, this leader develops technical proposals, assesses effort and timelines, and ensures implementations

Qualifications

5+ years of direct experience delivering and/or overseeing applicable solutions.
12+ years delivering consulting services, including team leadership and involvement in selling professional services.
2+ years of sizing and scoping applicable projects.
Salesforce System Architect Certification (or comparable).
Ability to travel; up to 25%.

Responsibilities

Correctly scope projects (people, skills, timeframe) to deliver on clients’ requirements.
Provide oversight and governance for pre-sales solutioning and architecture on large multi-cloud implementations.
Mentor and support team members on large, complex scoping efforts.
Lead pre-sales activities and client-specific proposals, SOWs, staffing plans with cross-functional SMEs.
Lead strategic pre-sales initiatives and programs.
Manage multiple strategic clients simultaneously.
Build trusted advisor relationships with customers and Salesforce teams.
