Job summary

JLL is seeking a Senior Director to lead Marketing Transformation & Change Management on a 16-month fixed-term contract in the US. You will drive change across AI tools, processes, and operating models, partnering with senior leaders to deliver scalable enablement and communications.

The role requires hands-on leadership of offshore teams and close collaboration with the Marketing Data & AI Centre of Excellence.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in change management across multiple change types.
• Strong stakeholder management with executive audiences.
• Excellent written communication; clear, jargon-free.
• Experience designing structured enablement or training materials.
• Ability to run multiple concurrent change initiatives and adapt.

Responsibilities

• Lead change management across marketing’s active portfolio (AI tool/agent rollouts, process changes, operating model shifts).
• Prioritize and sequence initiatives against capacity and calendar.
• Apply structured change frameworks to scope impact, plan enablement, track adoption.
• Identify and flag change risks early (sponsorship, readiness, reinforcement).
• Lead AI transformation change management for tool adoption, pilots to scale.
• Develop enablement patterns tailored to AI capabilities.
• Plan and facilitate AI-focused forums (e.g. quarterly updates).
• Manage relationships with senior stakeholders (CMO, Marketing Leadership).
• Draft executive communications on transformation initiatives and tooling decisions.
• Build branded enablement materials and training content.
• Collaborate on communications with Marketing Internal Communications.
• Adapt communication approaches per change type.
• Partner with SMEs and process owners to support rollouts.
• Coordinate with project/delivery teams to shape timelines.
