Job summary

JLL is seeking a Senior Director to lead Marketing Transformation and Change Management on a 16-month fixed-term contract based in the United States, with on-site work in Chicago. The role centers on AI transformation, spanning strategy, enablement, and executive engagement.

You will manage the change portfolio across marketing initiatives, build enablement materials, coordinate with offshore resources, and partner with senior leaders to drive adoption and business impact.

Qualifications

• 10+ years proven experience in change management across multiple change types.
• Strong stakeholder management with executive audiences.
• Excellent written communication without jargon.
• Experience designing structured enablement or training materials.
• Ability to run multiple concurrent change initiatives.
• Familiarity with ADKAR/Prosci or similar framework.
• Experience in marketing/marketing technology desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead change management across active marketing change portfolio, including AI tool and agent rollouts, process changes, operating model shifts, and organizational transitions as they arise.
• Prioritize and sequence change initiatives against team capacity and business calendar, given multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Apply structured change frameworks to scope impact, plan enablement, and track adoption, adapting the approach to the size and nature of each change.
• Identify and flag change risks early - including gaps in sponsorship, readiness, or reinforcement - rather than letting them surface post-launch.
• Lead change management specifically for AI tool and agent adoption within marketing, including pilot rollouts and scaled deployments.
• Draft executive-level communications on transformation initiatives, tooling decisions, and program updates.
• Build branded enablement materials - decks, talk tracks, session recaps, and training content - for a range of audiences from SME testers to leadership.
