Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking an Organizational Change Management Specialist Vice President to drive the people side of AI transformation within Asset and Wealth Management Marketing.

You will partner with regional leaders to translate vision into workstreams, build readiness, and embed sustainable adoption globally. You will develop change plans, create targeted messaging, design learning experiences, and track adoption progress while maintaining risk and governance controls across regions

Qualifications

• 7+ years in organizational change management, transformation, or marketing operations.
• Hands-on framework experience (Prosci, ADKAR) in a fast-moving matrix environment.
• Strong storytelling to distill complex changes for diverse audiences.
• AI and marketing fluency bridging tech and creative teams.
• Facilitation and stakeholder relationship skills across cultures.
• Execution discipline with multiple workstreams; adaptable to ambiguity.
• Risk, controls, governance mindset; audit-ready documentation.
• Executive presence with influence across levels and functions.
• Content governance, metadata, and taxonomy expertise across teams.
• Proficient with collaboration platforms and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement change plans translating AI vision into actionable workstreams.
• Assess impact, address resistance, co-design adoption by region and function.
• Create messaging and toolkits with FAQs and presentations for leaders.
• Design learning experiences and workshops for AI literacy and adoption.
• Track adoption progress, sentiment, and risks with actionable insights.
• Embed governance, controls, and audit readiness in processes.
• Apply human-centered design to reimagine processes and operating models.
• Develop and maintain AI governance framework for AWM Marketing.
• Lead content governance, metadata standards, and taxonomy adoption.
• Partner with operations, platform owners, and risk to embed practices.
