Testing Site - JPMC seeks a Marketing Transformation Lead for Home Lending, AI & Data Foundation to drive AI-enabled marketing capabilities, data architecture, and agile operations across Marketing, Product, Technology, and Data & Analytics teams.

You will build foundational data systems, implement AI-driven campaign execution, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven marketing operations with strong governance and compliance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years leading marketing transformation with AI/ML and data architecture.
• Tech strategy and end-to-end Agile delivery of multi-system integrations.
• Hands-on AI/ML, agentic workflows, and marketing automation experience.
• Strong cross-functional leadership to align diverse teams.
• Advanced ability to translate technical concepts for senior leadership.
