Job summary

Chase is seeking a Marketing Delivery Lead within the Marketing Transformation office to drive transformation delivery, change resiliency, and adoption across projects. You will lead change plans, influence senior leaders, and deliver implementation plans to achieve business targets, leveraging AI foundations to improve processes.

The role requires data analytics, storytelling, and cross-functional collaboration to advance performance marketing initiatives with a focus on people-centered change.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 6+ years of relative experience.
• Project Management/change management experience.
• Strong executive level communication skills and presence.
• Proficiency in data analytics with ability to interpret models.
• Proficient in applying artificial intelligence in process improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Manage one or more fast-paced transformation projects driving support and adoption.
• Structure and scope complex problems and develop strategic/tactical solutions.
• Influence and educate senior leadership during change.
• Develop and implement change enablement strategies for projects of all sizes.
• Communicate complex change strategies to diverse stakeholders, influencing decisions.
• Craft compelling narratives to influence executive action.
• Build advisory relationships with senior leaders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners across the firm.
• Be a recognized change culture carrier.
• Maintain and report KPIs for change initiatives.
