Job summary

JLL is seeking an Account AI Adoption Lead to drive hands-on adoption and change management for AI agent rollouts across assigned control accounts. You will translate AI capabilities into measurable value and own the adoption lifecycle from training through scaled rollout.

This client-facing role requires strong communication, analytics, and project-management skills to enable successful AI transformations across teams.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years in change management, technology adoption, or digital transformation roles.
• Experience in operations and technology operationalization from pilot to scale.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills with diverse teams.
• Experience designing and delivering training and enablement programs.
• Ability to collect, synthesize, and act on user feedback to drive improvement.

Responsibilities

• Adoption & Change Management Execution for assigned accounts.
• Lead hands-on training, enablement sessions, and workshops for AI tools.
• Develop scripts and monitor adoption impact; design tailored materials.
• Track utilization metrics, adoption rates, and user sentiment.
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders on rollout priorities.
