Health & Human Services Commission in Corpus Christi is seeking a Direct Support Professional V, Home Supervisor. This senior DSP role oversees daily operations, plans schedules, and provides leadership on the assigned home at the State Supported Living Center.

The position requires a valid Texas driver’s license, and candidates with supervisory experience will thrive. Morning, evening, night shifts and weekends are available; telework is not offered.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate verbally and in writing.
• Ability to lead and supervise a shift.
• Driver’s license required.
• Experience supervising Direct Support Professionals preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily operations and delivery of quality programs on the home.
• Schedules staff to ensure coverage and supervision.
• Trains and develops DSP staff and ensures timekeeping accuracy.
