Job summary

Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) is hiring a Direct Support Professional V, Home Supervisor, to oversee daily operations and ensure high-quality care for individuals with developmental disabilities at the Brenham State Supported Living Center. Qualifications

• Two years’ experience working with people with developmental or physical disabilities is required.
• Experience as a supervisor or team lead is preferred.
• Must be willing to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily operations and delivery of quality programs and services at the assigned home.
• Arranges work schedules to ensure adequate supervision/coverage for individuals served.
• Hires, trains, and promotes professional growth of DSP staff and coaches DSP staff to build supervisory skills.
• Ensures time entries and required reports are accurate and completed monthly.
