Job summary

Health & Human Services Commission in Denton State Supported Living Center is seeking a Direct Support Professional V - Home Supervisor. You will oversee daily operations, supervise DSP staff, and ensure high-quality care for individuals with disabilities. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Two years’ experience with people with disabilities is required.
• DSP experience and supervisory exposure are preferred.
• Ability to obtain and maintain required driver license and clear background.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and delivery of services on the assigned home.
• Schedule staffing to ensure adequate supervision and coverage.
• Lead, train, and coach DSP staff; monitor performance and growth.
• Ensure care plans are implemented, documented, and compliant.
• Support quality improvement and incident reporting as needed.
