Compass Community Living is seeking a Director of Dining Services to lead a premier food and beverage operation within a community. You will drive high-quality, resident-focused service while meeting financial targets and cultivating a positive work culture.

The role requires strategic leadership, budget control, and strong communication across executives, staff, and clients to deliver best-in-class hospitality and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Five to seven years of direct foodservice operational management experience.
• Strong knowledge of food and catering trends.
• Previous P&L accountability or contract-managed service experience desirable.
• Strong supervisory, leadership, management, and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement operating strategy aligned with business goals and client needs.
• Lead safety, sanitation, and maintenance programs while ensuring health compliance.
• Oversee budget and control wages, food & beverage costs, and expenses.
• Communicate with executives and staff to ensure timely, clear information flow.
• Foster a positive, high-performing work environment and team development.
