You will shape departmental strategies and oversee service delivery in alignment with Compass Community Living's standards.

This role requires entrepreneurial leadership, strong people management, and the ability to drive operations, safety, and quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Food Services Technology/Management or related field or AA degree.
• Experience in foodservice operations management with P&L accountability.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall dining operation to align with client business strategy and Compass Community Living standards.
• Coach and develop on-site leadership and staff to deliver best-in-class hospitality.
• Manage budgets, costs, and financial reporting to meet or exceed financial targets.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and quality across all dining venues and resident interactions.
• Foster strong relationships with residents, clients, and cross-functional teams.
