Job summary

Morrison Living, part of Compass Group USA, seeks a Director of Dining Services to lead the community’s food & beverage operation, ensuring resident and client satisfaction through consistently high quality and service excellence. You will drive the strategic plan, financial performance, and be the face of the company on site.

Lead with an entrepreneurial mindset, manage budgets, and supervise a leadership team to deliver best-in-class hospitality, while aligning with corporate service

Qualifications

• B.S. degree in Food Services Technology/Management or related field.
• Five to seven years of direct foodservice operational management experience with inventory and purchasing knowledge.
• Strong supervisory, leadership, management, and coaching skills; excellent communication.
• Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office.
• ServSafe Certified.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the food & beverage operation to align with client strategy.
• Develop and manage the department budget and ensure P&L accountability.
• Implement service strategies and maintain high-quality hospitality across the community.
• Foster team development, cross-training, and staff coaching to achieve objectives.
