Morrison Living, a Compass Group USA company, seeks a Director of Dining Services to lead the community dining program. You will shape strategy, manage the food & beverage operation, and drive financial performance while fostering a best-in-class hospitality culture.

The role requires strategic leadership, strong budgeting, and cross-functional collaboration with campus leadership. You will build teams, ensure compliance, and maintain top-tier resident satisfaction by delivering quality food,

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in food services management or related field; or A.A. degree with 4 years related experience.
• 5–7 years direct foodservice operations management experience.
• Strong knowledge of food and catering trends, cost controls, and presentation.
• Previous P&L accountability or contract-managed service experience desirable.
• Strong supervisory, leadership, management, and coaching skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to interact across levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the food & beverage operation aligned with client goals and business strategy.
• Own budgeting, cost controls, and financial performance against the approved budget.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and resident satisfaction through visible leadership.
• Develop team through training, coaching, and performance feedback.
• Communicate with executives and staff to share updates and drive outcomes.
