The Director will manage multiple departments, develop budgets, and drive performance across staff and processes, including compliance with HACCP and OSHA guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in food services or related field preferred.
• 5-7 years of direct foodservice operation management experience.
• Knowledge of food and catering trends; HACCP knowledge advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manages salaried managers and hourly associates in the Food Service Department.
• Oversees overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the account.
• Interviews, hires, trains, plans, assigns, directs work, and evaluates staff.
