Job summary

Guild is seeking a Sr. Digital and Web Marketing Manager to own Guild.com and lead paid media across LinkedIn, Google, and other channels. You will oversee web operations, CMS edits, and on-site personalization, while partnering with creative teams to test ads and optimize performance.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of digital marketing with hands-on web management and paid media.
• Proven experience managing paid campaigns in LinkedIn Ads and/or Google Ads.
• Comfortable front-end edits in HTML/CSS and implementing scripts via tag manager.
• Experience with CMS platforms, ideally headless CMS.
• Strong analytical skills to build reports and drive optimization.

Responsibilities

• Own corporate website management and prioritization of web builds across units.
• Publish content, build landing pages, and edit in Storyblok CMS.
• Research and deploy tools to improve site conversion and personalization.
• Define and execute SEO/AEO strategies; manage vendor relationships.
• Manage paid campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, and Bing; optimize ROI.
• Scale ABM programs with external agencies and test ad copy and visuals.
• Drive conversion by running A/B tests, heatmaps, and UI improvements.
• Report KPI-driven performance using Salesforce and analytics tools.
