Job summary

Sunward seeks a dynamic Digital Product Manager to own platforms like online and mobile banking, onboarding, and employee tools. You will shape member and employee experiences by defining strategy, prioritizing features, and steering the product lifecycle from concept to launch.

Collaborating with vendors, UX/UI designers, engineers, and marketers, you will build roadmaps, wireframes, and process maps while driving agile development and data-driven decision making to meet regulatory requirements

Qualifications

• 6+ years in digital product management or related field.
• Bachelor's degree or STEAM certification or equivalent experience.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation abilities.
• Experience with agile development and cross-functional collaboration.
• Proven stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own one or more platforms (online banking, mobile banking, onboarding, employee tools).
• Define product strategy and maintain roadmaps aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate with vendors, UX/UI designers, engineers, marketers, and stakeholders.
• Lead product lifecycle from inception to delivery and manage agile processes.
• Build wireframes, journey maps, and process flows to improve usability.
• Ensure compliance and quality through testing and validation.
