Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a Senior Digital Banking Product Manager to lead the digital product strategy and roadmap in a fully remote role. You will shape the future of digital banking by aligning customer needs, technology, and regulatory considerations with business goals.

Responsibilities include defining the product vision, overseeing end-to-end development, collaborating with UX, engineering, marketing, and compliance, and tracking KPIs to drive adoption and growth in the banking and finance

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business, Technology, Finance, or related field.
• 7+ years in product management with digital products.
• Proven launch and management of digital products (mobile apps, online platforms).
• Deep knowledge of Agile (Scrum, Kanban).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for digital banking products.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and requirements.
• Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and user stories for engineering teams.
• Oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch and iteration.
• Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers, engineers, marketing, operations, and compliance teams.
• Define and track key product metrics (KPIs) to measure success and inform product decisions.
• Manage product backlogs, prioritize features, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality digital solutions.
• Stay informed about emerging trends, technologies, and regulatory changes impacting digital banking.
• Champion a customer-centric approach throughout the product development process.
