Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of experience in on-chain digital assets or related field.
• Experience in financial services, fintech, or credit unions preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive product strategy and roadmap for digital asset platforms.
• Partner with Marketing, Risk, Compliance, and Technology teams.
• Lead end-to-end digital asset experiences across platforms.
• Collaborate on AI-driven experiments and personalization initiatives.
• Oversee agile delivery, sprint execution, and KPI reporting.
