Job summary

Sunward Federal Credit Union is seeking a Digital Assets Product Manager to lead on-chain and cryptocurrency initiatives. You will shape strategy, drive roadmap execution, optimize performance, and partner with Marketing, Payments, Risk, Compliance, Finance, Retail and the Contact Center to educate, measure, and deliver innovative digital asset solutions for Sunward members.

This senior role requires 6+ years in on-chain digital assets or growth product management, strong analytical skills,

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of experience in on-chain digital asset, cryptocurrency, product management, growth product management, or closely related field.
• Experience in financial services, fintech, or credit unions preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field or equivalent work experience.
• Advanced knowledge of on-chain digital assets, cryptocurrency, stablecoins, and related solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead platform strategy and roadmap execution for digital asset platforms.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Payments, Digital, and Product teams to align investments and translate strategy into requirements.
• Drive end-to-end digital asset experiences across retail membership, consumer lending, and deposit flows.
• Partner with risk, fraud, and decisioning teams to balance capabilities and controls.
• Drive cross-functional delivery across Technology, Marketing, Lending, Retail, Risk, and vendor partners.
• Define, track, and report on growth KPIs and drive data-driven improvements.
