Job summary

Sunward is seeking a dynamic Digital Product Manager to own online banking, mobile banking, digital onboarding, and employee tools. You will drive member and employee experience roadmaps, partnering across UX, engineering, marketing, and vendors to deliver high-quality digital products.

You will build roadmaps, define metrics, and guide agile development while ensuring regulatory compliance and strong data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in digital product management or related field.
• Bachelor's degree or certification in business, STEAM, or related field, or >2 years of related experience in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the digital product strategy aligned with business goals and member needs.
• Create and maintain the product roadmap, prioritizing features based on priorities and market trends.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (UX/UI, engineering, marketing) to deliver digital products.
• Mentor product analysts and UX designers as needed.
• Build wireframes and prototypes to communicate ideas and gather feedback.
• Organize accounts, data, settings and transactions to improve usability.
• Map journeys and processes to communicate user flows and improve operations.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities.
