Job summary

Sunflower Bank, N.A. is seeking a Digital Banking Solutions Manager to lead the strategy and execution of online and mobile banking programs, payments, and treasury management.

You'll guide the digital banking analyst and support teams while partnering with business leaders, security, regulatory, and vendors to deliver secure, compliant digital experiences. The role requires 3–5 years in digital banking products and product management within a commercial banking context, plus proven experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 3–5 years of banking experience.
• 3–5 years of experience with Digital Banking products, Treasury Management, and Product Management in commercial banking.
• Experience in managing and leading support teams.
• Knowledge of payment solutions; CTP or AAP certifications a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the digital banking solutions roadmap with input from strategic business partners and stakeholders.
• Serve as technical owner for online and mobile banking solutions.
• Prioritize and manage enhancement requests.
• Lead vendor relationships and contract performance reviews.
• Coordinate platform upgrades, testing, and releases.
• Partner with Information Security and Compliance on risk management activities.
• Develop business cases and ROI analyses for digital initiatives.
• Support Treasury Management and Retail Banking digital strategies.
• Report on KPIs and digital performance metrics to leadership.
• Ensure platform availability, reliability, and service quality.
• Manage the entire product lifecycle, from strategic planning to tactical activities.
• Lead and manage employees within the Digital Banking Solutions Team ensuring timely resolution of incidents and service requests, as well as execution of new initiatives and enhancements.
• Drive continuous improvement and digital transformation initiatives.
